  • Something Positive for Positive People (SPFPP) is 501c3 nonprofit organization supporting people living with herpes. The podcast is an STI Stigma Minimization initiative to address the mental and emotional wellness of people with herpes. The Founder, Courtney Brame, an Emotional Wellness Practitioner and Yogi, interviews people about their experiences navigating herpes stigma. With the lessons from our guests, we create research, education resources, and trainings for health professionals and civilians on stigma-free sexual health communication to support STI Prevention.

    Aubri Lancaster is an independent AASECT and ANTE UP! Certified Sexuality Educator, conducting virtual workshops since 2021 and in-home adult toy parties since 2003. Aubri has presented for numerous organizations including the American Psychiatric Association (APA), the GLMA Annual Conference on LGBTQ+ Health, and Planned Parenthood of Southwest Oregon amongst others. As a Greyromantic Asexual person Aubri has lived experience and a connection to the Asexual and Aromantic communities that provides a unique perspective on the issues facing the changing landscape of sexuality and orientation today. We dive into his experiences with casual dating, the struggle for real connection, and how his diagnosis pushed him to rethink what intimacy really means. Jason also talks about how his faith has helped him navigate this journey and how he's now focused on building meaningful relationships that go way beyond just sex.
