In this short episode, I connect with my Spirit Team to bring through messages of support for you for the week ahead. This week I brought through an overall message for us all:

"Be true to yourself - Assess the Masks in your Life"

There was a beautiful Goddess / Deity bringing through this message for us this week.

She encouraged us to take a look at our lives. Are there any areas that we aren't too happy with or that don't feel aligned? Are we saying we are okay when really we aren't? Are we doing something (or things) for the sake of others and pretending we enjoy it so as not to disrupt anything for them?

This energy suggests that we sit with exactly how we are feeling, suggesting that 'directionless' may be a feeling that surfaces. Whilst unpleasant, try to sit with it. It's from within this place that you will gain clarity about what you really do want.
