  • Nine months after this series ended without landing an on the record interview with its subject, host Brandy Zadrozny wakes up to a text message: “While I did not die that day, the life I knew did.” It’s signed “Tiffany Dover.” The missive sends Brandy back to Chattanooga and Higdon, where this time she’s invited in by Tiffany herself. Now, for the first time, Tiffany Dover tells her side of the story—and describes what life is like at the center of a remarkably durable antivax conspiracy theory. Finally, Brandy goes back to the truthers who promised they’d recant—or pay up—if she produced an interview with Tiffany.

Amazing!

Tiffany, you are amazing. So sorry this happened to you and your family. I have in-laws that worship these “Truthers and “Anti-vaccers”. It’s hard to hear such horrible things they repeat when i really thought they were better then that. I cried with you on the pizza thing. What BS.

Unbelievable! Incredible work.

Let me just say that I got unexpected chills when I heard Tiffany’s voice on the last episode. I’m so sorry you, your family and co-workers had to endure all this harassment from complete strangers. Glad to hear you are well and thriving. Brandy, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED, your work! You had me hooked on this story, and I had never heard about it! I felt angry at the response you got from the creators of this absurd conspiracy, when you reached out to prove Tiffany was alive. AMAZING WORK Brandy :)
