Potential holdouts for the plan include Hamas and far-right religious nationalists in Netanyahu’s government.New York Times Editorial: This Terrible War Must EndThe war in Gaza, now approaching its second anniversary, needs to end.It needs to end for the people of Gaza, more than 60,000 of whom — roughly 3 percent of the population — have been killed.
