  • Stephanie Potts: Social Justice – Perfecting Society, Deifying Man
    Mar 31 2026

Mary welcomes new guest Stephanie Potts to the podcast. She worked with the federal government as an intelligence analyst for 15 years and now works with Midwest Christian Outreach. She is passionate about evangelism and apologetics and discernment education. Her definitive book is “Social Justice and the Deification of Man: What You Need to Know When Talking to the Christian Left”. Today we take apart what seemed to be just another way “to do church” in the early part of this century and drag it over to it’s logical conclusion: the deification of man. While that might sound dramatic, it is absolutely what is and always was behind the door of the emergent church/emergence theology that dared to attempt to do plastic surgery on the bride of Christ by denying the need for the atonement, rethinking the gospel, and placing all power and authority for the end game of earth on man. Even though the Bible teaches something apocalyptically different, the doesn’t stop man from thinking that sin is merely all the ways society has let us down. How can Christians better respond to the left on this? Perhaps making fun of the No Kings approach isn’t the most helpful and yet it’s hard not to take that route. A thoughtful hour with an expert on the social justice end game.

  • Replay – Dr. Tim Chaffey: Do Gentile Believers in Christ Become Jews?
    Mar 30 2026

Original airdate 4/10/26: Mary welcomes Dr. Tim Chaffey to discuss the controversial Hebrew Roots Movement. Far from simply trying to understand the Jewish roots of the Bible, this movement seeks to answer the question about what happens when Gentiles and Jews get saved: do Gentiles become Jews? For centuries, the people of God were Jews, with the exception of some Gentiles who came to faith in the God of Israel. The early church consisted mostly of Jewish believers in Jesus, but when the gospel went to the Gentiles, there was a new dynamic that, unfortunately, even led some to believe that Christians were the new Israel and now received all the promises of God solely. This teaching continues today across the church spectrum. Why is there so much confusion about who is who, when the epistles clearly address these things head on? But with the HRM, there is even more confusion regarding the Mosaic Law, the feasts of Israel, who is a Jew, and what is Israel. Here to help us sort it all out is Dr. Chaffey, whose comprehensive article on the subject can be found here.

  • Alana Arguello: To Be or Not To Be – Vain Philosophies vs. Truth
    Mar 27 2026

Mary welcomes back Alana Arguello to continue our conversation around her exhaustive work, “Unearthing Yoga’s Ancient Roots”. Both believers and unbelievers alike think they understand paganism and practices like Yoga, but in reality, Yoga is not a practice – it is an idea. Think about it: if Satan convinced mankind to think they can become gods or even are gods, how does that look in practice? How do they get there, how to they act god-like? By practicing something that is no more real than their thinking they can be gods! Paganism, philosophy, delusion, are all part of the alt-beliefs that are diametrically opposed to revealed truth. God IS truth, it is not just “part” of Him. He cannot be separated from truth itself. Philosophy, long held to be a lot of hot air designed to explain away our world apart from God, is a fascinating subject and enlightens us to the rebellion against our Maker.

  • Daniel Degner: Protecting The Vulnerable
    Mar 26 2026

Mary welcomes first time guest Daniel Degner, president of Wisconsin Family Council, to bring us a Wisconsin legislative and election update. As with many things, in particular Wisconsin Supreme Court elections, not only do these have consequences in our state, but reverberate around the nation. We talk about April 7th election and in particular the Supreme Court battle. Then we look through a legislative lens at the issue of requiring ID to visit adult content sites, and sports gambling which has skyrocketed since 2024. Wisconsin has its own laws but now we face online gambling beyond our tribal casinos. We rejoice that WFC is celebrating 40 years of service to our state! A full hour of breaking down the latest in the Badger State and how these issues affect all of our families.

  • Headlines: News from the Front
    Mar 25 2026

Today’s news cycle, like all of them really, shows in living color where the front is in this spiritual war: the souls of men. Prophecy headlines generally revolve around three topics: a global economy, a global religion, and a global government. But behind those still, is the war that goes on for the souls of men; worldview wars, ideological wars, truth wars. In the end, it’s all about humanity. The rest is just maneuvering humans to accept lies. Today we talk about the narco-terror war that is going on in South America and has yet to reach media saturation; the week of weather that was far more bizarre than we realize; outlawing “Islamophobia”; and Mamdani’s latest mischief. Finally, a bit of tech news, as Ai marches on.

  • Rob Yardley: Faithful Days, the Faithful Life
    Mar 24 2026

Mary welcomes back Berean Call president Rob Yardley to talk about what the faithful life looks like, in any and all generations. Rob’s March Berean Call article, “Faithful Scribes” can be found here. For most believers, a faithful life is made up of ordinary days – days that God has given us to bless us, use us, test us, and sanctify us. Who have been the faithful among men? Those of whom the world was not worthy, who gave their perhaps smallish lives for the only thing that endures; the men who recognized the canon of Scripture so we could discern God’s ways and will for our lives; faithful spouses who provide a witness to the church and a firm foundation for their offspring; and on and on. Do we really give enough time and attention to our own faithfulness? How we impact those around us every single day, even without ever slaying one giant or affecting a population? What about all the faithful believers who maybe clean the church or teach our kids? An uplifting hour with a faithful servant of Christ.

  • Scott Schara: Is The Government Legally Killing Us?
    Mar 23 2026

Grace’s dad’s new book, Is The Government Legally Killing Us?, has held the #1 spot on Amazon for two weeks since its March 10 release. Today, Crash interviews Scott about the book and the urgent concerns it raises. Their conversation dives into how government policies shape what doctors and hospitals are permitted or encouraged to do, whether patients truly receive informed consent, and if families fully understand their rights and options during critical medical decisions.

They also examine why financial incentives can influence life-and-death care and what ordinary people can do to advocate effectively for a loved one in a medical crisis. These difficult but important questions are explored in depth throughout the book. You can learn more or get a copy here: https://book.ouramazinggrace.net/

  • Mary Danielsen: The One Anothers
    Mar 20 2026

Social media is a fascinating environment. One in particular asks us “What’s on your mind?”, and then proceeds to make value judgments when we dare to tell. Be that as it may, many of us in the church have stuff on our mind too, especially when church doesn’t seem to match up with the biblical parameters and suggestions/commands. Then after mulling that for a bit, we tend to resign ourselves to the fact that people have changed, the culture has changed too much to expect church not to have. But wait, God never changes. The culture will always change. Does that give us the right to change the church? To bring the culture inside to testify of the popular way? Why no, it doesn’t. So in observing something hopefully all believers do every Sunday morning, how can we not have questions and observations? Why is this the object of discussion among believers and yet nothing ever changes? Can we entertain (oops wrong word maybe) the idea that an Acts church is still an option? Today Mary looks at all the ways that believers have handed their fellowships over to corporations and methods and suggests one way that might reverse the trends.
