This is a practice for being exactly where you're at and bringing presence to how you're already moving, exploring your preferences. The principles from this practice can be brought into everyday movement, other physical practices, performance, rest---anything! The idea is to build the picture of your body on what you prefer, how you feel and the circumstances around you---rather than projecting a stuff idea onto your body.
