    This is part 2 to Ep. #215. Today I'm sharing 3 things you can do to help you stop perfection from sabotaging your fitness goals!

    If you're feeling stuck in a cycle on your fitness journey, constantly striving for an unattainable level of perfection? You're not alone. Many of us find ourselves trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and relentless effort, driven by past experiences and deeply ingrained feelings of inadequacy. These feelings often stem from childhood memories—whether it's someone telling us we were a failure, growing up with limited resources, or experiencing rejection. But there's hope.

    Our worth is not defined by our past or our performance. Today, we're going to learn three things we can do when the pressure to be perfect creates a cycle of sabotage.

    We will unpack how feelings of inadequacy can create a cycle of perfectionism and how we can break free by embracing the truth that our ultimate expectation comes from God.

    This Bible Verse is the inspiration behind this episode.

    "My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation is from Him. He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God." (Psalm 62:5-8 NKJV)
