    Andy Soboil has more than 45 year’s experience as a private yacht chef/ estate chef. His boat travels have taken him from Brazil to Alaska, Florida to Maine, The Bahamas, The Caribbean, The Gulf of Mexico and the Mediterranean, St. Thomas USVI to Martinique, French Guiana and a thousand miles up the Amazon to Manaus.Andy also worked with Saveur Magazine in Spain as the host of a cooking show “The Hungry Traveler” pilot and co-owned and operated the award-winning, all- organic burger house in Los Angeles, O!Burger. Andy holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Hotel School of South Africa and comes from a family of restaurateurs and hoteliers.

She also founded the Bloom Again Foundation that helps fill the gap for working women with medical issues. Originally from New York, Lois now lives in Los Angeles where she is pleased to report she has never once had to put storm windows on her home or snow tires on her car.

    After being very active in the Italian Pop, TV and instrumental music scene, Gianluca Palmieri moved to Los Angeles, California, where he has been a member of the Drum Faculty at the MUSICIANS INSTITUTE Hollywood, CA since 2013. In 2007 Gianluca became the official drummer for guitar virtuoso GREG HOWE, and is the former drummer of Greg’s rock band MARAGOLD. He is now the official drummer for Iranian legendary artist GOOGOOSH, touring and recording worldwide. He is constantly touring internationally with different artists and drum clinics. Gianluca has performed and recorded with many international artists including Googoosh, Kanye West, Kamasi Washington, David Garfield, Shayna Steele Band, Stu Hamm, Greg Adams, Frank Gambale, Jennifer Batten, Rumer Willis, Down to the Bone, and many others.

    Tom Caltabiano is an Emmy Award-winning writer and stand-up comedian. Caltabiano met fellow stand-up comedian, Ray Romano, in New York and frequently toured with him as Romano's opening act. Caltabiano eventually relocated to Los Angeles, and was a writer on "Everybody Loves Raymond" for the duration of the series (1996-2005) where he also lent his talents to warming up the audience and took over 30,000 behind-the-scenes photos of the show. (A book of these photos-Everybody Loves Raymond: Our Family Album-was published by Simon & Schuster in 2004.) Tom also directed and co-starred in the documentary "95 Miles to Go" with Romano, has been featured on, ELR Showrunner, Phil Rosenthal's "Somebody Feed Phil", guest hosted "The Late Late Show," and was the inspiration for Scott Bakula's character on TNT's "Men of a Certain Age." Tom currenlty hosts a weekly Instagram Live, Everybody Loves Raymond 360, sharing behind-the-scenes photos and stories from the show.

  • Surviving with a Spit Bucket

    Steve Clifton, is a winemaker who produced his first Palmina wines in the basement of his home in 1995. His career in the wine industry had begun in 1991 when he left his previous incarnations as a musician and nightclub entrepreneur behind and decided to beg his way into a tasting room position at Rancho Sisquoc winery. Little by little, he worked his way into the cellar and in time became the Assistant Winemaker there. Over the next few years, Steve’s on the job schooling would include production and winemaking positions at various Santa Barbara wineries. He is currently the wine maker at Vega Vineyard and Farm where he continues to share his passion for wine and wine making.

    John MacIness is an award-winning producer, writer and director working in movies, games, AR, VR and XR for the likes of Activision, HTC Vive, Verizon, Sony, Netflix and the US Department of Defense. John first gained recognition as a screenwriter, writing CALL OF DUTY, ADVANCED WARFARE, the biggest selling video game of 2014. This was following John receiving an Academy Nicholl Fellowship from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (the Oscars) for his script OUTSIDE THE WIRE which was subsequently picked up by Zoe Saldana (Guardians Of The Galaxy, Avatar, Star Trek) to star in and produce. John has adapted and embraced technology to fulfill his creative dream and thus survived in a highly competitive industry whilst also being a single dad.
