During our conversation with TJ (Farva), we talk about how he got into the restaurant business and how it has enabled him to live in some pretty cool locations and meet some extraordinary people. We talk briefly about how TJ is working his way through the residential real estate game as well as working towards a YouTube and podcast channel on his favorite hobby: cooking for friends.
