She champions neurodiversity in the workplace and is an expert in cultural transformation and fostering innovation. May believes that companies should focus on the ROI of kindness, and those aiming to "fail fast" and innovate must embrace psychological safety in the workplace. Aspiritech is a leader in promoting neurodiversity in the workplace and recently hosted the global Neurowrx conference in 2023. The company provides mental health support to its team and conducts nationwide workplace training on neurodiversity awareness and inclusion.
