Outstanding

I am a huge fan of Emily. She is both very intelligent and witty. I actually discovered her on a different podcast and to be honest if I hadn't, I don't know if I would have picked this one up. The idea of it isn't something that would normally pique my interest- she compares obscure movies (ones i would never pick out on my own) to ones that are more well know and she absolutely convinces me to give these different movies a watch.
She delivers her take through an insanely thoughtful lense that gives me pause and a sense of humor that always makes me laugh out loud. She enthusiastically speaks to her audience like she would a good friend.
My favorite episode so far is the one where she talks about Harry Potter. As a long time HP fan I was delighted about the fun she poked at it, pointing out some ridiculous-ness I haven't even caught over the many years of my devotion to the series.
Anyway, if you haven't already, give her a listen! This podcast is WELL worth it!!!
