  • Ted Johnson is from small town Nebraska and runs a 12 truck fleet out of the town of Surprise, NE. Born to truck, he didn't go to college and got his first semi before he turned 21, a truck that still serves his fleet to this day. Inspired by the business coaching of Kevin Rutherford he caught wind and going into 2022-23 started to grow his operation, but by the end of summer 2023 he started to have some tough times on the horizon.


    He joins the show to talk about what it means to have the right team, and what it means to show customer service as a small motor carrier.
