The second half of our time together is spent discussing the idea of being renewed in knowledge. We delve into the significance of continual renewal, its relationship to transformation and how it deepens our understanding of God and our identity in Him. • Episode 64: Connecting the Dots (spiritual warfare, Day of the Lord, & habit development)
    Oct 9 2025
Continuing the conversation from last episode, we explore the significance of our beliefs concerning end times and how they impact our daily lives. The discussion begins with an examination of the terminology Paul uses in Ephesians 6:12. Paul emphasizes that our struggles are not against flesh and blood, but rather against the rulers, principalities, and powers of the heavenly realm. Paul’s description of our adversaries can be linked back to the gods of the nations referenced in Deuteronomy 32 and Psalm 82. Recognizing the identity and role of these spiritual beings is foundational for how we approach spiritual warfare. It also shapes our understanding of the Day of the Lord, as both are influenced by the dynamics described in these Biblical texts. To better understand how this affects daily life, we examine Colossians 2:13–3:10, which links these ideas to the importance of gaining a Biblically accurate understanding of the way we develop habits.Dr. Heiser videohttps://youtu.be/w4Bxvf83UNI?si=ffY1TMaqShUcS6k_Support free family friendly content by listening to us on FaithChannel, on the 610Fit Academy page.https://www.faithchannel.com/Podcasts/1277666e-0c1c-4dff-9e4d-8dfc77446a94Help us spread the message by following us on Facebook and sharing our content with your family and friends. The Temple Restoration Projecthttps://www.facebook.com/TempleRestorationProjectPodcast/Contact us at Jenny@610fit.comSupport our crowdfunding campaign to help us further the message of the Temple Restoration Project and the 610Fit Academy. • Episode 63: Should We Fear Being Left Behind?
    Oct 2 2025
In this episode, Amanda and Jenny engage in a conversation centered around the idea of rapture. How do we accurately view the end times? How does the Day of the Lord fit into the bigger picture? These questions lead to an in-depth discussion concerning the fear of being left behind and the distraction that comes when we are laser-focused on the idea of rapture. What we begin to realize is that there are real dangers at play within the Body of Christ that need to be addressed. Could the concept of the rapture be a well-crafted ploy to keep the Body of Christ unprepared for the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? Join us as we bring these questions before the Lord for the purposes of better understanding our role in the end-time scenario.Support free family friendly content by listening to us on FaithChannel, on the 610Fit Academy page.https://www.faithchannel.com/Podcasts/1277666e-0c1c-4dff-9e4d-8dfc77446a94Help us grow our audience by following us on Facebook.https://www.facebook.com/TempleRestorationProjectPodcastContact us at Jenny@610Fit.comYou can help us further the message and the mission of the Temple Restoration Project and the 610Fit Academy by donating to our campaign at Give, Send, Go under The Temple Restoration Project.https://givesendgo.com/templerestorationproject?utm_source=sharelink&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=templerestorationproject Learn more about your ad choices. • Episode 62: Is There Hate in Our Hearts?
    Sep 24 2025
With everything happening in the world, we need to remember God’s command to love one another. Hate dwells in the heart, the deepest part of our soul. It’s easy to point fingers at the hate shown through others’ actions, but it’s often hard to see what is in our own hearts. In this episode, Amanda and Jenny have an honest conversation about the hate that could be hiding inside each of us. What does it look like to have hate in our hearts? Is the Body of Christ prepared to love those who hate us? Is the hate we feel for those who persecute us acceptable in God’s eyes? By asking these questions, we gain awareness of what it means to truly love our enemies. We find that it is only in a position of full surrender that hate can be replaced with love.Support free family friendly content by listening to us on FaithChannel, on the 610Fit Academy page.https://www.faithchannel.com/Podcasts/1277666e-0c1c-4dff-9e4d-8dfc77446a94Contact us at Jenny@610fit.comOur crowd funding campaignhttps://givesendgo.com/templerestorationproject?utm_source=sharelink&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=templerestorationproject Learn more about your ad choices. • Episode 61: The Body Repurposed
    Sep 17 2025
In today’s episode, Amanda looks at the phrase, “the body repurposed.” What does it mean to repurpose something? As an interior designer, she recalls the renovation process and examines the body’s origin and purpose in scripture. Through this process, questions begin to arise. Has humanity been duped into repurposing our bodies for our agenda? Are we hesitant to allow God access to renovate our interior and turn our hearts back to Him? Both individually and collectively as the Body of Christ? Join Amanda for this exploration of “the body repurposed.”Support free family friendly content by listening to us on FaithChannel, on the 610Fit Academy page.https://www.faithchannel.com/Podcasts/1277666e-0c1c-4dff-9e4d-8dfc77446a94Contact us at Jenny@610Fit.comFollow us on Facebook to help us build and audience for the mission of creating a community of believers training together to restore the temple, our bodies, back to the Lord by becoming strong in Him (610Fit).The Temple Restoration Projecthttps://www.facebook.com/TempleRestorationProjectPodcastThe 610Fit Academyhttps://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61571970557394Jenny Higginbothamhttps://www.facebook.com/jenny.higginbotham.946/followersYou can help us further the message and the mission of The Temple Restoration Project and the 610Fit Academy by donating to our campaign at Give, Send, Go under The Temple Restoration Project.https://givesendgo.com/templerestorationproject?utm_source=sharelink&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=templerestorationproject Learn more about your ad choices. • Episode 60: A 610Fit Journey w/ Vickie Surber
    Sep 10 2025
This week, we welcome Vicki Surber to the studio. Vicki is not only a long-standing client of 610Fit but also a cherished friend. At one point on her journey, Vicki realized that her body was no longer something she could rely on. In the midst of this challenge, she experienced a profound lesson: the Lord used this time to reveal that true trust could not be placed in the strength of the body but only in the strength of the Lord. Vicki's journey became one of surrender rather than striving. By choosing to let go and allowing the Lord to reveal her true self, instead of forcing her own idea of identity, Vicki discovered a new sense of purpose and understanding. Her story serves as a powerful reminder that we can trust the Lord to guide us toward who we are meant to be, even when we struggle to listen. Vicki's experience encourages us all to relinquish control and embrace the identity of who we are in Christ.Support free family friendly content by listening to us on FaithChannel on the 610Fit Academy page.https://www.faithchannel.com/Podcasts/1277666e-0c1c-4dff-9e4d-8dfc77446a94Contact us at Jenny@610fit.com You can help us further the message and the mission of The Temple Restoration Project and the 610Fit Academy by donating to our campaign at Give, Send, Go under The Temple Restoration Project.https://givesendgo.com/templerestorationproject?utm_source=sharelink&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=templerestorationprojectFollow us on Facebook to help us build an audience for the mission of creating a community of believers training together to restore the temple, our bodies, back to the Lord by becoming strong in Him (610Fit).The Temple Restoration Projecthttps://www.facebook.com/TempleRestorationProjectPodcast/The 610Fit Academyhttps://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61571970557394Jenny Higginbothamhttps://www.facebook.com/jenny.higginbotham.946/ Learn more about your ad choices. • Episode 59: Our Hearts Desires and Our Bodies
    Sep 4 2025
In the previous episode, we discussed the significance of the desires of our hearts. In this episode, we continue the discussion by exploring the relationship between our bodies and our desires. To understand this, we need to grasp the truth that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit and as a temple, our bodies must reflect the greatness of God in their operation. Join us as we learn together from the Lord what it means to direct our desires toward the Lord's pleasures for our bodies and away from building them up as a temple for our own pleasures.Support free family friendly content by listening to us on FaithChannel on the 610Fit Academy page.https://www.faithchannel.com/Podcasts/1277666e-0c1c-4dff-9e4d-8dfc77446a94Contact us at Jenny@610fit.com You can help us further the message and the mission of The Temple Restoration Project and the 610Fit Academy by donating to our campaign at Give, Send, Go under The Temple Restoration Project.https://givesendgo.com/templerestorationproject?utm_source=sharelink&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=templerestorationproject Follow us on Facebook to help us build an audience for the mission of creating a community of believers training together to restore the temple, our bodies, back tot he Lord by becoming strong in Him (610Fit).The Temple Restoration Projecthttps://www.facebook.com/TempleRestorationProjectPodcast/The 610Fit Academyhttps://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61571970557394Jenny Higginbothamhttps://www.facebook.com/jenny.higginbotham.946/ Learn more about your ad choices. • Episode 58: Our Hearts Desires
    Aug 27 2025
This episode explores the health of our hearts, not physically but spiritually. One thing that is highlighted is that our spiritual condition is more important than our physical condition. This is important to understand because when our focus is set on the health of our bodies we can easily become blinded to the spiritual condition of our hearts. We know how to assess the condition of our bodies, but how do we evaluate the health of our hearts spiritually? This topic leads us to better understand our desires and why they matter. Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.
