    The sinking of the USS Indianapolis on July 30, 1945, is still the U.S. Navy's greatest loss of life at sea. Roughly 300 men went down with the ship and the other 900 were left to survive adrift in the open, shark infested, Philippine Sea for the next five agonizing days. Only 317 of those men would survive, against all odds- dehydration, starvation, exhaustion, delirium and of course... sharks.

    Today Ash tells Fallon all about the Netflix documentary "Tell Them You Love Me." If you haven't seen it yet, the documentary tells the controversial story of Anna Stubblefield, a white university professor, and Derrick Johnson, a disabled, non-verbal black man with cerebral palsy. Anna claims she was able to unlock Derrick and help him communicate using a keyboard. Eventually they wind up in a "consensual sexual relationship," but Derrick's family (who have guardianship) isn't buying it. What follows is a court case that challenges how we define simple things like communication, disability, and consent.

Ashley and Cam are the absolute best! These girls discuss all of the most intriguing stories and say the things that we are all thinking but most won’t say. And they continue with still approaching it with utter respect for all victims and their families ❤️
