  • Mildly Toxic: Dating Data and Analysis
    Aug 20 2023

Kristina is looking for a man she has as much chemistry with as she had podcasting with this week's guests. She brought two of her southern and sharp witted Nashville friends on the podcast to give her dating advice and general group discussion on analyzing dating data. An honest and humorous episode, Kristina, Harley Glass, and Lindsey Isbell talk through audience dating questions, personal experiences with dating apps, and what makes relationships healthy vs mildly toxic. You'll feel like you're sitting there with them. Join the banter.

Kristina met quick witted Harley through a friend and a background check, but more on that later. Lindsey is an artist, no but really, with a Mississippi drawl and social skills that will make every CEO jealous.

  • Hollywood Cults, Heartbreak, and Humor Part 2 with actress Kiersten Lyons
    Aug 8 2023

    Part 2 is here!

This episode has been published and can be heard everywhere your podcast is available.

Kristina Hart is back and welcomes friend, actress, writer, producer, Tiktoker Kiersten Lyons to the podcast! They talk about Kiersten's accidental entrance into a Los Angeles cult, navigating Hollywood at such a young age, the heartbreak that brought her to her lowest, and the unexpected highs that followed.

Here is Kiersten's bio, in her own words:

"Here's a good rundown of ME

I'm like if Tina Fey and Taylor Swift had a kid and that kid grew up to save herself for marriage  (well after losing her virginity to her first boyfriend and then finally realized romcoms aren't healthy and real love isn't when a guy changes for you and maybe the nice guy she ghosted is actually amazing). Throw in some trauma informed training and you have me: Surprisingly witty and irreververtantly wholesome.

Ten years ago a huge Hollywood manager told me to tell people I'm Lena Dunham, but with her clothes on, and I did, for a while - but  to be honest I do the work in therapy, and am not narcissistic so I refuse to use that way to describe me now."

  • How to take care of yourself when it feels like the world is on fire, with therapist Junie Welsh
    Apr 24 2023

This episode has a content and trigger warning for school shooting discussion and language.

March 27th, 2023 was a tragic and horrifying day in Nashville after 6 people, including 3 kids, were killed in a school shooting at The Covenant School. The days and weeks after were heavy and fueled with many intense emotions. Nashville residents came together in beautiful ways to provide resources, care, advocacy, and action. Many expressed emotional exhaustion at the intensity of navigating collective tragedies.

On this episode, host Kristina Hart invites Nashville native and local therapist Junie Welsh, MA, NCC, LADAC II to discuss how to take care of yourself when it feels like the world is on fire. They talk helpful inner-child work practices, a day in the life of a therapist, how they both responded post-crisis, and what to do when it feels like nothing is enough. Junie shares practical self-care tips and Kristina is so grateful to have her on the show.

  • Hillsong, Housewives, and Christian Influencers Gone Rogue with comedian Johnny Giovati
    May 24 2022

Kristina brings one of her best friends and Los Angeles native Johnny Giovati on the show. Johnny went to Vanguard Christian University in the OC and is a 'low relatable public figure' to many. He is an actor, comedian, and special education teacher with one liners making anyone laugh. Kristina and Johnny enjoy glasses of wine and talk about their days chasing Hillsong worship shows at the 1Oak Club in LA, the dynamics of why Christian influencers stay in the safe zone when it comes to world events or controversial topics, and what they've learned since leaving some scenes. Two glasses of wine in and they pivot to their love of the real housewives, who they consider a real celebrity, what it's like meeting them in real life, and Johnny's future at a roque Kentucky bachelor party wearing Chanel. Stay for a laugh, grab a cocktail or a mocktail, and enjoy this fun episode where at one point Kristina says, "I'm not editing this, they can know WHO I AM." yah, ok.
