    Manipulators can make you second guess yourself and make you feel like your emotions aren’t valid or real.

    I’ve been here and it’s not a great feeling. I want to share my journey and how I overcame.

    I look forward to sharing my journey and hope at the same time it helps those who may be experiencing this or have and how to avoid it going forward and what to look out for.
