  • In the third episode of our podcast series, David meets with Robert Edwards and Ana Penisga Amorim to discuss selling your Algarve property.

    In this vendors special, we talk valuations, appraisals and preparing your home for marketing. We also discuss the options for marketing including Exclusive (sole agent) and Signature packages.

    If you are considering selling your Algarve home, we're just a phone call or email away. Robert and the team can arrange for an on-site valuation and start the paperwork process straight away. 
    In the vast majority of cases, we can undertake all the preparatory work and conduct viewings virtually - therefore you don't need to visit the Algarve to sell your home (although we love to see you!)
