He has been able to overcome a lot in his life having been diagnosed with hurler scheie, a rare genetic disorder, at the age of six. So Bryce has faith that he will figure life out. He started his own podcast, Expedition to Try as a way to talk with other like minded individuals who are all trying to do the same.

    Our guest today is Natan Verkhovsky. Born in the former USSR and immigrating to Calgary, Alberta Canada, with his family as a small child he started a more than 30 year journey into the Martial Arts.

    From 15 to 16 years of age, Natan started and rose to be ranked #1 in his division, in Alberta, in the sport of Power Tumbling. He continued to use his Mental Training skills and pursued his education in Medical Hypnotherapy under the tutelage of Dr. Michael Preston, Director of the Institute of Medical Hypnotherapy, in Phoenix, Arixzona, USA.

    Becoming certified in his early 20's, Natan started working as a Mental Training Specialist and developed his core program, Personal Momentum, while doing Mental Training with Team 2000 Men's Gymnastics Teammates and artists and elite athletes from Cirque du Soleil.

    Since then, he's adapted 23 Mental, Physical and Emotional Drills and Exercises to help Peak Performers in all disciplines and walks of life. Working with the most successful and challenging individuals and groups, and giving concrete, actionable items is what seperates Natan Verkhovsky from others.     Our guest today is Kia Baker. Kia is the creator and host of “Hot Topics Live,” a live stream interview series, “The Female Veterans Podcast” and most recently - “Woman Warrior Stories” a new project for “The Veterans Channel.” After serving in the US Navy, she spent 20 years helping other veterans make the transition from active duty to civilian life. Kia's mission is to bring attention to the disparity between male and female veterans, shine a light on female veteran stories, help homeless female veterans and advocate for alternative therapies for sick and suffering veterans. She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and is also an alumni of the Milton Hershey School. And Kia works closely with Passageways LTD, a foundation that helps homeless veterans transition back to thriving in life, and The Barbara Giordano Foundation - volunteering to give transformational workshops to female veterans. In addition Kia is a member of the board for Hope 4 Veterans, a nonprofit that offers peer support to female veterans residing in Florida. She is a graduate from The London Real Academy and is now a success coach there, teaching the rapid transformation Accelerators.

Sam is a human potential consultant and educator specializing in athletic strength training and a natural approach to optimum performance, health, and wellness.
