So who's the 'Plant-based vegan king'?

This is Pedro Negrao, a personal trainer from São Paulo, Brazil.

I've known Pedro since 2017 when I met him through friends on one of my trips to São Paulo.

I started training with him in 2022 when he kindly allowed me to join him train our friend Daniel. I'd never had a personal trainer before and had no idea what to expect.

When I train on my own I'm more likely to take it easier, not push myself. Pedro does not allow that. He pushes you to your limit... and I loved it!
