This tells about how NCIS still did nothing about what he admitted to when they had his confession in black and white in front of their faces. All the US Navy does is protect and allow rapists to rape over and over again. This poem is available in my book, The Journey Back to Myself: A Book of Healing Poetry, Second Edition.
