  • Top 5 IVF Setbacks and How to Reframe Them to Stay Hopeful
    Jun 30 2025
In this episode of The Egg Whisperer Show, I’m diving into one of the most important parts of the IVF journey: how to cope with setbacks. IVF can be frustrating, emotional, and downright hard. But it can also be empowering, educational, and full of possibility. I’m walking you through the five most common IVF challenges, and offering tools to help you reframe them so you can move forward feeling hopeful and in control.

We’ll talk about what happens when your cycle gets delayed, when your follicles don’t grow as expected, and what to do when the numbers (eggs, embryos, blastocysts) don’t go your way. I’ll also share real patient stories and offer perspective on how to stay grounded and supported through every twist in the journey.

    In this episode, we cover:
    • Why IVF cycles sometimes start with delays, and how to use that time productively
    • What to do if your follicles don’t grow or respond to medication as expected
    • How to cope with fewer eggs retrieved or fertilized than hoped
    • What to know if embryo development or testing results don’t go as planned
    • How to support your mental health and build a strong emotional foundation

  • The Future of Fertility Care is Now
    Jun 23 2025
I’m sharing my vision for the future of fertility care, and why it’s time for a major shift in how we support people who are trying to conceive. Fertility struggles affect 1 in 6 couples worldwide, yet far too many people face stigma, delays in diagnosis, and fragmented care. I believe we need a new model, one that puts patients first, embraces technology, and recognizes fertility as a vital part of our overall health.

I’ll walk you through how I think fertility care can evolve to be more proactive, inclusive, and empowering. From early testing and education to AI-driven support and more human-centered clinics, this episode is all about imagining what’s possible, and how we can get there.

    In this episode, I cover:
    - Why we need a patient-first approach to fertility care
    - The role of early testing and fertility awareness in better outcomes
    - How technology and AI can support personalized treatment
    - What inclusive, stigma-free care looks like
    - My vision for the next generation of fertility clinics
