    • Those who experienced some sort of abuse in a church context.
    • Those who were exposed to historical or doctrinal problems that challenge the church’s truth claims.

    We also cover several other factors that can impact a faith crisis including:
    1) One's placement within Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
    2) Family factors, including parents/spouse/children in church
    3) Multi-generational Mormon heritage
    4) Social factors including friends/community
    5) Personality factors
    6) Age
    7) Financial (Job dependent on church or church community)
