In this episode I am talking about the shadows which are all around us and how we are supported by Vata season in releasing these shadows.  Touching specifically on the shadows of spirituality, addiction, sexuality and empowerment and each of these niches which I do a lot of work with all carry shadows to be shed or released during this season of shadow work.
