    In episode 7 I get the opportunity to speak with Dr. Richie Kirwan. Richie is one of Irelands best nutrition research experts and his knowledge in the field is amazing. 

    We speak about why maintaining a healthy lifestyle is so important as we age and why we are the first generation to really have the challenge of weight loss as an obesgenic culture due to our environments, food advertising and so much more.

    I have to say I really enjoyed this conversation, Dr. Kirwan is a wealth of knowledge and there are lots of golden nuggets hidden in this episode.

    Aine Opens up about her struggles with Bulimia and ADHD while travelling the world on super yachts and how creating a community and settling down has allowed her to excel.

    Danielle speaks about how the jump from the structured life of college to working 6 jobs to opening a cutting edge gym in bondi with her husband unfolded.
