  • As I walk into 2024 I'm realizing the health issues I learned about in 2023 have continued to decline. I was told my cholesterol was on the rise, my good estrogen was at zero and my bad estrogen was elevated, and I’ve been slowly putting on weight for over a year now.

    My lack of action in 2023 leaves me with 2 options; go it alone, which has not worked for me so far. Or phone a friend (who also happens to be a functional nutritionist), and begin the process of working with my doctor and my nutritionist, to get my health back on track.

    I'll be sharing each call I have with Jamie Trevathan throughout this process and this conversation is basically my intake call with Jamie.
