  • The 'House in Cypress Canyon,' was written by Robert L. Richards and first aired in December 1946. If you're hoping for a nice, joyous Christmas tale, you're going to be disappointed! This radio play scared the pants off of everyone who listened. 
    This story is quite unique because the house in not a crumbly mansion on some spooky estate, but in fact just an ordinary California bungalow, quite like the one next door to you. Did you know that Cypress Canyon is a real place? It's a peaceful suburb, just north of San Diego.
