    Dec 9 2021
Time for a little meditation. This is an invitation to meet yourself in the silence that is your formless nature. To listen to the silence within you and allow it to tell you its story, to experience the pure essence of your soul, and allow the intelligence of your true nature to reveal itself to you.

  • Matt Kendall on Re-Emerging After Loss & Surrendering To Life
    Nov 21 2021
"Coming into the world was incredibly traumatic, even though I can't remember it directly, there were massive prongs clamped around my head, because I was stuck in the birth canal, looking at it now was maybe a metaphor for my life." In this episode, I connect with Matt Kendall who "before casting off the corporate chains" was an award-winning communications strategist with over 20 years of experience in Sydney, London & Amsterdam. In his early years, Matt didn't feel connected to his immediate family and felt like an outsider. " I’ve gone through life through the cracks, I’ve never been 'of' something, I’ve always felt quite separate, which by large has always been ok, but then it’s also been quite lonely." "My inner rebellious nature bumps against the needy kid, even to this day." We talk about the process of him becoming his true self by breaking through the "arbitrary, mythological structures" that were in the way of him living his life by his own design “When your in that system and your of that system, sometimes it’s hard to see the scaffolding off it.” “I was part of the jock crew, but I wasn’t a jock, their values weren’t my values.” Matt then moved into the inner west and found a chosen family of rebels and seekers, which is where his career started in advertising. “The whole time I was in advertising I knew this wasn’t what I wanted to do in my life.” “Sometimes I almost feel like advertising is a children's refuge for creatives within the capitalism system, for those that maybe aren’t bold or brave enough to be an artist.” Matt saw his work as a vehicle for travel and seeing the world, he had a thirst to discover the world around him and described his adventures as having a hedonistic edge and was always seeking peak experiences. The first creative director Matt worked with was David Droga, he was the ECD "Executive Creative director" of one of the most awarded agencies in Sydney. "In an industry full of big ego’s he was the most talented I'd ever met, and had zero ego." Matt then went into production, he was obsessed with movies, cartoons, music, books, and media. Although deep down he references how he "had no real ambition", he just wanted experiences "Whenever I had a promotion or this incredible opportunity with a company I would go in another direction and or I would go travel for 6 months.”. He reflects on a comment his partner at the time made when she noticed his pattern of running away whenever he was offered a promising opportunity: “What is wrong with you, you’ve got so much to offer, why are you just drowning it away" This really hit him hard and was something that he had to reconcile within himself. As time went by Matt started to recognise the position he was in within the industry “It dawned on me that I was contributing to a system that was feeding inequality, that was killing the planet, that I was not just part of a self-terminating system that I was in the engine room of in many respects, which brings us to the chapter preceding where I am now.” From here on in Matt was faced with preceding events that had turned his life upside down and projected him into a dark night of the soul which is explored within the conversation. "We think of the journey as moving forward, but what about going deep, what about staying still, going deep, you’re still growing, you’re still evolving, but you’re looking at a 3-dimensional perspective rather than linear, I feel like a student again.” Matt communicates with a raw sense of tenderness, vulnerability, wisdom, and strength, articulating the obstacles he came across within his life and how they shaped his own sense of manhood, individuality as well as the exploration of the deep grief and loss that he felt when he lost Wren his daughter in a stillbirth. Matt very intimately articulates how the loss of Wren served as a catalyst to upend his life which then allowed him to view the world within a different lense and lead him into becoming...

  • A Letter From Your Star Parents: Spoken Word Poetry
    Oct 1 2021
A Letter From Your Star Parents written and performed by Igor Kreyman You came here to forget, and remember X 20,000. And in this constant forgetting and remembrance, you are accumulating data, information, learning to be able to move out of separation into unity consciousness. Through this transition you are being presented every second with an opportunity to choose love.  You say you’re not all artists but everyone on earth is an artist. You are moving through one of the greatest theatre productions this universe has to offer. Everything you create is art. You all have a lead role in this Earthly production, even if it feels sometimes you are just a supporting actor, or even an extra, you carry more weight than you realise. Before you arrived you were certain you wanted to be apart of this production, you understood the conditions, and you came here ready to play your ever changing inter-dynamic role. You understood that even though there was a setting, a time, place and a set of societal conditions which appeared to inhabit this play, that you had the power to navigate those conditions and transform them to that of your own inner conviction. We refer to this inner conviction as divine truth, a shared thread of remembrance that echoes through the fabric of your being.  You knew this play was going to distract you and provide you with layers up on layers of confusion so that it became difficult to awaken to this inner conviction, to this divine truth. But you were ready to party. You came here to find out what all of this fuss was about and change the game, and now you’re here. So we’ve arrived at this turning point. What will you do? We can see you looking into the sky searching for this shared thread of remembrance, wondering how to access this inner knowing, but then we witness you going through the drive through at Kingsford Maccas a few moments later. You have powers you know, your thought, combined with your heart, has the ability to re-shape and create that in which you desire. This includes also creating what you don’t want. You can be an artist creating what you don’t want whilst simultaneously also creating what you do want. Therefore your role in this theatrical production is to understand how you yourself are the technology, and how your operating system is sending out signals and commands in the field, which is then responding to you with your creation. We ask that you start awaken to the divine technology that you inhabit from within.  The technology that you create your lives from, which narrate the story of this theatrical production.  We ask that you pull away from all of the ways in which the ‘apparent conditions’ of this theatrical production, is hooking into your mind and influencing your reality to alter your perception. We ask that you become aware of what is true for you personally, by letting go off all of these distractions for a few minutes, hours, days, or even moments.  We ask that you ask for guidance, to be shown the way towards the recognition of divine truth, so that we can assist you to access this shared thread of remembrance.   We ask that you forget what you think you know, to allow for a higher knowing to emerge from within you, one that feels good, that supports you, that allows you to feel lighter. We ask you these questions, how can you fully embody your character if you are not connected to your body?  How can you consciously create if you are not aware of where you are creating from, and what is influencing your creations? We see you waking up in the early hours of the night, sensing that something doesn’t feel right, but not knowing how to articulate this, or even feeling fearful to fully acknowledge this within yourself or express it to others.  It’s time to find your own version of truth, by letting go of all the distractions that keep you from witnessing this divine truth, the shared thread of...

As an actress this is a very powerful quality to have. “We’re so conditioned not to feel, but feeling is the most beautiful gift of life, what could we do if we couldn’t feel." Isabelle talks about how authenticity is the most important quality in which she leads her life from, when she talks about living authentically she means respecting her own values and beliefs and not compromising them for the sake of others. • Igor Kreyman on Redefining Your Relationship With Fear
    Sep 10 2021
“Fear is your friend, fear will allow you to better understand yourself, to look inwardly and unlock your own innate wisdom .” In this Episode Igor Kreyman the Founder of The Human Connection Movement delves into how we can redefine our relationship with fear to unlock our creative potential and embody who we truly are. Igor's advice is to rest into our fear and witness fear as a teacher rather than an enemy, so that we can understand the intelligence that is contained within the feedback that is being communicated. Igor believes that fear plays a role in letting go of everything we think we are, so that we can step into who we truly are. “Fear is a sword that i keep sharpening, a sword that i may have previously been afraid to hold and command but now my presence becomes a weapon, a weapon of love, a weapon of solidarity, a weapon of understanding, a weapon of conviction, through dissolving all of the labels that i hold within myself, around who i am, what I’m here to do and who I'm here to be.”

  • Michael Muir on Light Language & Letting Go Of What No Longer Serves
    Jun 27 2021
“Just follow your heart. Don’t be afraid to follow your heart. That’s all.” In this episode I connect with Michael Muir, founder of Soul Magic Collective. Michael is a multi-dimensional healer, therapist, counsellor, and bodyworker. In this episode we talk about how light language became a vehicle for Michael to receive galactic frequencies that he expresses through sound, allowing him to both heal himself, and be of service to others through the same process. Michael studied medical microbiology in the UK before moving to Sydney in 1996 to work in immunology with the Red Cross. Over time, he realised that his work wasn’t where his heart was and he decided to study somatic psychotherapy, a body-inclusive approach to the therapeutic model. In 2004, Michael began making interesting sounds which he later understood to be light language, his curiosity then peaked, leading him to work with a group in the U.S called "Children Of The Sun", this then allowed him to deepen his connection with light language through guided meditations. Michael's connection with light language then continued to build in momentum, and the healing benefits and transformation that occurred as a result of his experiences, lead him to naturally offering light language to groups. Growing up in the 1980s as a gay man in the north of England made Michael feel as though he was an outsider on the fringe of society. Through his therapeutic journey, he learned the importance of being patient, facing his fears, trusting the process, and having a firm support team to guide him through his own challenges and trauma. Michael is a beautiful representation of following your own intuition and how we all have our own unique gifts which may lay dormant, waiting for us to activate them to step into our highest potential. “Just because things don’t come in the timeline we would like, doesn’t mean that it won’t come. It just means that it’s not quite time for it to be anchored into the physical yet."

  • Fritzi Horstman on Healing Trauma and Transforming Prisons Into Healing Centres
    Nov 25 2020
“Service is alchemy, when you stop thinking about yourself and you look at what else is going on, there’s a major shift that happens.” In this episode I connect with Fritzi Horstman, a Grammy award winning producer and Founder of The Compassion Prison Project. We talk about how Fritzi’s life changed when she received an invitation to visit a prison, leading her to transition from working in the film industry to prisons. It was Fritzi’s own childhood trauma which helped shape the conception of The Compassion Prison Project, which is a central theme within our podcast where we explore how the biggest challenges we experience within our lives are guiding us to embracing our highest potential. Over the course of several months in 2019-2020, Fritzi and a dedicated team of facilitators and volunteers partnered with the men who were incarcerated at a Kern Valley State Prison (KVSP), a maximum-security prison in Southern California. Together, they created powerful tools for addressing and healing from childhood trauma. “My vision is that all prisons in the United States will become healing centres, and I wake up every morning thinking how I can make that happen.” During 2019, the men at KVSP and CPP explored mindfulness, meditation and the power of intention. Understanding the shame that comes with the dehumanization of child abuse and being incarcerated, the men found ways to make amends to themselves, the people they’ve harmed and their community. They learned what it means to have deeper compassion and belonging through recognizing our shared humanity.  Fritzi and i delve deep into how healing her own trauma opened the door to her developing the drive to bring this awareness to the men and women living in prisons. This is a powerful conversation which is both deeply vulnerable and loving, carried forth by a front-line warrior who is embodying what it means to truly be love. "If you study prison populations as I have, you see a common preponderance of childhood trauma and mental illness. The two go together. So a lot of the people are being punished for being mentally ill and they are mentally ill because they were traumatized as kids. So what we have in prisons are the most traumatized people in our society." - Dr. Gabor Mate.

  • Allen David Reed On Understanding Ourselves & Reconnecting To Who We Truly Are.
    Aug 20 2020
“If you want to get to the lightest light, you’ve got to start out with the darkest dark.” ' In this Episode i connect with Allen David Reed, the Co-Creator of the "Ten Terrains of Consciousness." The Ten Terrains model is a map of consciousness that guides us on how to better connect to ourselves, others, and the world around us. In his earlier years, Allen felt misunderstood and disconnected from his family, he described it to be as though there was a friction between an inner knowing he had, and the outer need to belong and to fit in. This friction caused an internal tug-of-war which was the catalyst leading him through a lifelong journey of self-discovery. At 21, Allen became the youngest ever architect in the history of the profession, he was licensed even before he graduated college. "I was a product of everybodies approval of me, because i was all of these things they wanted on the outside." Even poised as being the rising star of the profession, he realised that the decisions he had made were shaped on the values and beliefs of his family, rather than the deeper pull of his spirit, which was yearning for him to become witness to a deeper calling that emanated from within. "I was overachieving because i was trying to prove to the world i was ok, because within myself i didn't feel i was ok, i was raised to not believe in myself." Allen talks about why it's important to trust our own instincts. We often believe that the answer to our problems can be solved through an external event or object, but in reality it's just a self perpetuating cycle that never fulfills us. Allen explains that our purpose is linked to what is most meaningful to us within our lives, and this is something that is sourced from within. When we begin to honour what arises within us and begin the journey of learning to accept and value ourselves, we open up the door to a new world of possibility - which allows for love to the be the dominant force within our lives. "You never left who you are, you never have, and we're all at the same point universally." We also delve into Allens book "The Ten Terrains Of Consciousness: which helps us understand the way in which we see and experience the world. He describes that once we are aware of the terrain in which we inhabit, we are better able to understand our ourselves, our purpose, our life lessons and the deeper meaning behind the challenges we experience within our lives. This understanding then enables us to make decisions which lead to a healthy and fulfilling life in all areas.
