This presents a unique opportunity for PTAs to position themselves at the forefront of this emerging field. I also stress the importance of continuous learning and adaptation, as our field is dynamic, and to stay relevant and competitive, we must continuously update our skills and knowledge. I encourage you to embrace change as an opportunity for growth rather than a challenge.

I acknowledge that the journey to becoming a stretch mobility coach might not be easy and requires commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to step out of one's comfort zone. However, I reassure you that the professional and personal rewards are worth the effort.
