And her initial impression of dispatch was just as unanticipated.  After falling in love with dispatch for the Woodland Park Police Department, Jennica has become passionate about protocols and training for a multitude of reasons.  Now a quality assurance analyst and trainer, Jennica continues to strive for innovation and excellence.
