But when do the chants, signs and graffiti cross the line from first-amendment-protected free speech to something more nefarious? This week, we talk about this with Professor Jane Kirtley, a lawyer, and the director of the Silha Center for the Study of Media Ethics and Law at the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Minnesota.
