Despite the devastating loss of an influential mentor, Addison chose to honor her teacher by immersing herself in an organic farming program called WWOOF, traveling globally to learn about and apply various farming techniques. She also discovered her deep connection with spirituality during this time. Today, as a well-regarded Yoga teacher, she incorporates these spiritual facets into her teachings. Her focus is on grounding techniques, especially meditation and gardening, and how they can impact emotional health positively.
