  • I was frightened to the point where my brain could only focus on just how scared I was. I couldn’t think of my dad. I couldn’t think of how much my eyes hurt from the salty sea. But when I finally opened them again, the fear only multiplied when I searched for the trawler from earlier. It was gone.
