David also has some radical views on how Latin should be taught and has given me so much to think about. I’m not sure I’m convinced, but I’m definitely intrigued.

  • Re-imagining the CLC with Caroline Bristow

    Caroline Bristow is the current Director of the Cambridge Schools Classics Project and is overseeing the much-anticipated 5th edition of the Cambridge Latin Course. The biggest overhaul the series has undergone since its launch in the 1970s, the 5th edition includes the introduction of a sister for Quintus and some major changes to the existing storyline and content.  Caroline paints herself as a reluctant Latinist and states that her appointment to the role was somewhat controversial.
