TRENDS cannabis dispensary in Queens, NY, celebrated its grand opening this summer. It is the largest cannabis dispensary in NYC, founded by brothers Rodney and Brandon Carter, both of whom have been arrested for past possession. Their father, Rodney Carter, Sr., also received a conviction close to 30 years ago.
