  • For this episode of the mental threads podcast I will be conversing with CD from Arkansas we met through the Dreamville Fest group chat and we will be discussing a whole lot of matters as he is a music artist that graduated with a psychology degree under his belt and he currently works in the behavioral health system. We going to his background growing up in Arkansas and just all the things they did out there while also going deep on his family life growing up and how a lot of that can reflect in regard one's personality or various other personal quirks. All that being considered we go into a discussion in regards to mental health within the black community in the lack of focus we have revolving that and what steps we need to take in order to better involve the importance of our Mental Health and our priorities. We also speak on our experiences at Dreamville Fest and what things we like to see this upcoming year along with other things in regard to what we would like to see out of our respective music careers.
