  • Today we will continue our sermon series in the book of Jeremiah called Jeremiah: The Prophet and His Message. Pastor Ben Kramer shares a sermon called "The Message: Under Siege". The Scripture passages are Jeremiah 4 and John 3:1-8.

    The people see the armies coming to lay siege to Jerusalem. This is a judgement that we see spoken upon all of Israel for straying from God. Yet the early verses of Jeremiah 4 are a call back to the Lord and to in essence let their old sinful habits die off, and to live a new life for God. We see from Jesus what that means for us today. That to be a part of the Kingdom of God and that we are called to be born again. We need to make an intentional choice to change actions and follow God.
