    This is the first episode of The Mindful Mindset. In this episode, I just give a small summary of what the podcast will cover. I try to give my best opinions on what mindfulness and mindset mean to me. To include some sense of value to you as a listener, I also share some daily habits that help me in daily mental clarity.
