    So you have been good all day, no rubbish, all healthy food and stick to your plan. And then... you fancy some chocolate so you have some, and then you have a bit more, and a bit more and before you know it you have emptied the kid's treat drawer and are making your way through it.

    This spirals, your whole weekend is off, and you promise to start again on Monday.
