He discusses strength, conditioning, lifestyles, and personalizing prep on a per-player basis. He also talks about utilizing a software program to keep track of and stay in contact with the PBLA players. Buller has previously worked for Major League Baseball's San Diego Padres and Tulane University and at the IMG Academy.
