    Dr. Schindelheim, DSW, LCSW-R, has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Parent-Management Training (PMT). She currently works at TMB Psychological Services as a Private Psychotherapist in New York City.

    She is passionate about helping parents and children move from surviving emotional turmoil and life problems to thriving with the use of healthy coping strategies and a safe, trusting, and collaborative team approach to treatment. She provides both in-home therapy as well as virtual support. Home-based work affords her and her clients the opportunity to observe in-vivo parent/child interactions, coaching parenting strategies in the child's natural environment, and to do the work in a comfortable and convenient environment.
