More about Joe Licata: I was blessed to have Harvey, a beautiful Border Terrier-Dachshund-Pug mix by my side 24/7 for over 14 years. I want to share how wonderful Harvey was to all that knew him and how my love for him has made grieving his passing 2 1/2 months ago so hard. My grief is especially compounded by substantial guilt and anxiety from putting him down based on quality of life considerations - his, mine and my family's even though he physically had some more life to live.
