Hendrik shares his impressive journey: from studying as one of the first PA students in Germany, through his work in surgery and five years in the emergency department, to his current position at the University Hospital Essen. There, he works as a Project Manager in the Medical Strategy of the Board and is significantly involved in implementing the still new professional role of the Physician Assistant. Hendrik also discusses his initiatives to promote this emerging profession. Together with his co-founder, he launched several platforms in 2020, including the PA Blog, PA Jobs, and PA Academy, to support and develop the PA community.
