This was a super special episode for me. Shot live at my apartment, I got to chat with a friend I went to high school with and hadn't seen in 20 years!

Suzie Geria is woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go for it. Her drive is inspiring. Though she already has a successful career that pays her well, Suzie is choosing to follow her love of fitness, training and personal health and has become a personal trainer.

Suzie's passion is helping women in their mid 30's build muscle, age well and be prepared for the inevitable depletion of hormones that begin around late 30's and early 40's. She teaches women how to move through this time of life with grace and confidence.

Currently in that transition period of leaving her old career and beginning a new one, Suzie tells us about how she is navigating this empowering shift and how those around her aren't always able to understand why she is making this bold move.

We reminisced on what life was like 20 years ago when dial up internet was just beginning and social media and selling your services online wasn't even a thing yet. lol!
