A short exploration of my thoughts on being a physical person and my desire to be non physical, as well as a short tribute to my son's friend Bryan as well as my son.

A further discussion of the effect of male abuse and more importantly an invitation by Rene to discuss concepts that have no meaning, no answer, but that lead to way more questions about existence. 

These are some of the questions I ask of myself and all of us as we follow a journey of love and acceptance. 

This episode is also about continuing to express myself for my children and grand-children and the future generations that will one day look at me and ask "what was he all about"?

What does it really mean to be a man? In this episode Rene speaks to the conversation that must begin in our society in order to move past the anger, the blame, and the violence that presently exists in society. He also shares some of his personal experiences as a child on this subject.

I explore why the riots took place in the United States and elsewhere in the world from my point of view, and why this will not change so easily despite a change in leadership in these countries. This is not a complete exploration but is the first of many episodes on this subject as I see it as a discussion on the illusion of what is power.

In this episode I talk about my story, and some of the life lessons I've learned up to this point
