Trading options in the stock market is really more about being choosy then trading constantly. Stores are open everyday but do you shop at them everyday, NO. The stock market is the same way. I go to the market and put my money to work when I have to because I am prompted by list of well chosen stocks to make a trade. My list 6 trades were returns of 50%, 40%, 176%,259%, and 132%.
