  • We welcome in a proud Saluki grad from the Class of 1993, Marc Silverman! "Silvy" as he is better known as to all of Saluki Nation has spent the last 21 years with ESPN1000 in Chicago. He hosts a daily show "Waddle and Silvy" with former Chicago Bear Tom Waddle weekdays from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. We go through his childhood impacts and how it got him interested in sports broadcasting and what ultimately brought him to Carbondale. We touch up on the current impact he has in the sports media world, but most of all how battling cancer has changed his perspective on life. All of that and more in this conversation!
