    Claudia is open and honest about her own journey with addiction and now acts as a worldwide advocate for The Sinclair Method (TSM) having successfully been through the programme herself.

so much information and resources

I randomly found out about TSM while looking online for a nonreligious, non-12 step way to handle alcohol abuse. This is very informative and inspiring. I have not started yet, but this makes me hopeful.
