Tim’s latest endeavor has fulfilled his life-long aspiration to teach meditation. Tim learned to meditate when he was 16 years old and has practiced the peaceful art of introspection for nearly 50 years. Tim began formally teaching what he calls “Cleansing Yoga Meditation” over Zoom for the past year and a half. CY Meditation is a simple technique that shows the student how to become aware of the inner flow of energy that is inside each of us, how to take control of that Life-Force energy - or Chi - and then use it to cleanse their inner energetic system and help them become more peaceful and better able to sit in quiet meditation. Tim’s philosphical musings and reflections can be found at CYmeditation.com.
