First, Lisa takes us out in the field with a special group of interviews at Covenant Living at Inverness! Our ready workers are on top of their work every day and accomplish so much to create a beautiful and safe space for their residents!

Then we hear part 2 of our series over the next couple weeks with Renee Sansom Briscoe and Jody Harlan with the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services- they share with us and highlight a summer program through OKDRS’s Transition Services called BEST STEP! In this part, we’ll hear all about the benefits an employer gets to experience when they hire differently-abled employees through the BEST STEP program, how it’s important to provide inclusive employment and how it can benefit our economy, and more!
