  • This episode is a bipolar episode from a while back that I have now chosen to publish for the world. The other one is a little bit about agoraphobia from a while back. I don’t know much about it … other than my brain has decided to be scared to leave me my home. Yeah… super fun… I was scared to post these because I posted them in the moment. I was not prepared on what to say and going through episodes. However, this is what my podcast is meant to be. Being a voice for the voiceless and speaking up on hard topics.
